An internal server error occurred while processing the operation.

How to resolve the problem

  1. Save the request time, endpoint and code so support can locate the event.
  2. After a sending failure, check message history before retrying: HTTP 500 alone does not confirm whether the operation was completed.
  3. Retry read requests with increasing delays. Contact support if the failure persists.
